- cut the melon into cubes;

- how the whole melon was crushed, mixed with sugar and poured into a bucket of the stove - turn on the Jam mode and boil the melon until "honey transparent". perhaps for this to start the jam mode twice (I had to).
- by the time the melon is ready, cut the apples into beautiful pieces. It is better to cut out the core of apples, and leave the peel (for Chinese apples, wash the wax from the skin for a long time and thoroughly).
- when the transparency of the melon in the stove suits you, put the sliced ​​apples, wait for it to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- we turn off everything and pour it into containers. Done ....

The season has come, we take melons .... and they are not always ripe and tasty. I just came across a greenish and potato flavor. Despite the assurances of Admin - the seller that this is pure Uzbekistan - I suspect that it was pure China. Well, Admin has been for many years, and in order not to throw away so much money (I won't even say how much, a lot), I had to make jam. Having rummaged here, I did not find a melon. Having rummaged through the network, I found an option acceptable for adaptation to a bread maker.

We admit pets, from among those with short ears, to the jam. While they are eating it, we are trying to pull them away from the treat by the ears. As a result, domestic ears will be greatly lengthened, and the jam will be destroyed.

Delicious jam, I confirm, I tried it. But the longer you cook, the less melon aroma. Therefore, I did not cook for as long as in the recipe. 15 minutes, or less. The apples you need here are exactly sour and green, I appreciated this, then a better combination of tastes occurs. As a result, the hard cubes of the apple float in melon syrup and are soaked in it.
