Ingredients

Cooking method

  • I really like making sweet cheesecakes with a sandy base, and I like "salty" ones with a light cracker or with Finnish bread.
  • Recently, the stores have been selling delicious breads of our producers Borodinsky and the like, with them the same perfectly turns out various kishi. It is very convenient to do it in small silicone molds, for one tooth.
  • For myself, I make with fish and broccoli, as a rule with chicken.
  • Marinated chicken for early, usually marinated fillet, I always have in the refrigerator.
  • Marinate fillet in a mixture: adjika + grain mustard + a little soy sauce.
  • For the base, I ground the loafs in the processor, adding 70 ml of cream, it is better to take 33% of the cream, you can also use butter, we need the consistency of "dough" so that we can mold the base.
  • We make the base, distributing the dough in shape, put the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, into the mold on the base, and fill it with cream.
  • We bake in the oven until cooked for 18-20 minutes, the baking time depends on the size of your pies.
  • Do everything very quickly, write longer.
  • You can bake in the oven, in AG, AF, microwave on convection.

I recommend it, fast, simple, satisfying, and delicious !!!
Tasty both hot and cold, a cooled pie has a denser base and is more convenient to eat than a very hot one.

Irish, Thank you . Try it, you might like it. I don't even like baked goods all the time, but with butter it seems to me a bit greasy and almost heartburn from such a dough. But I can eat it with milk or cream. I make cheesecakes with shortbread cookies and dilute them with milk, they keep their shape perfectly and are very tasty.
I did it a couple of times with juice, the same great option.
