Ingredients

duck legs 5 pieces
potatoes 5 pieces
carrot 1 medium
Apple 1 large
celery stalks 1 PC
turnip onion 1 PC
Sauce
honey 2 tbsp. l.
boiling water 50 ml
soy sauce 50 ml
dry white wine 250 ml
salt pepper taste
ground coriander pinch

Cooking method

A very simple recipe for delicious meat! A slow cooker generally does wonders for meat. I cooked the duck in it for the first time and am very pleased with the result. The meat turned out to be soft and tender. Vegetables are saturated with the aromas of spices and duck and have become a wonderful tasty side dish for divine meat!

Zhanochka, according to my observations, vegetables are tastier if they are soaked in meat juice, which flows down on them from above! And vegetables and meat are cooked at the same time.
