And here is the filling in the tortilla: 400 gr. cottage cheese + 2 eggs + vanillin + raisins + 100 gr. sugar (to taste)
Here's the complete recipe:

"Royal cheesecake"

Dough (shortbread):

180 g softened butter
1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tsp gash. soda (I pour boiling water over soda)

Mix everything, the dough is obtained in the form of cereals.

For filling:

400 gr. cottage cheese (maybe more)
1 cup of sugar
2-3 eggs
raisins, vanillin

Pour half of the dough into the mold, then put the filling on it and cover the reconciliation with the remaining dough (in Tortilka, we had to form the sides).

Bake in the oven at 190-200 gr. until golden brown.

This shortcrust pastry is very versatile suitable for other wet fillings: lingonberries with sugar, etc.
