Ingredients

Bulb onions 100 g
Bulgarian pepper 100 g
Carrot 100 g

Cinnamon 1 stick
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Tomato puree 250 ml
Broth or water 300 ml
Salt, black pepper
Rosemary 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 35 g
Potatoes 700 g
Paprika flakes 1 tsp
Dry white wine 100 ml
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Osso buco is a famous dish of Italian cuisine, which is a stew of veal shank.
  • Osso buko literally means "hollow bone" (from Italian osso - "bone" and buco - "hole"), because the bone together with the brain are an integral part of the dish. It is this bone marrow with its unforgettable taste that is the special “highlight” of this dish.
  • We will cook osso buco with spiced vegetable sauce, potatoes and beans.

As much as I love focaccia, this one is even better for my taste. There is an addition of butter and sugar, just a little. And the crumb itself is a little more aromatic and softer, but still rubbery. And the crust is crispy to the death. And topping with oil, sesame and spices. in short, we ate a race with the child)))
