fresh mushrooms (I have champignons) 200 grams
vegetable oil for frying
salt taste
ground black pepper taste

The shelf life of liver pate is very limited. Here the pate is without preservatives and comes in contact with other foods. If there was just a paste, then it could be stored for up to a week.
And you can always make half a portion or try to freeze it.
