Ingredients

Butter 100 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Flour 200 g
Alkalized cocoa powder 50 g
Egg 1 PC.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cream cheese 140 g
Butter 70 g
Powdered sugar taste
Vanillin or Essence

Cooking method

  • Oreo cookies
  • Grind softened butter with powdered sugar, add an egg and beat well.
  • Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl. Mix.
  • Combine dry ingredients with liquid ingredients. Knead into a soft elastic dough; add flour if necessary. Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a layer 3 mm thick, cut out circles with a diameter of about 4-5 cm. I did this immediately on the baking cloth so that the cookies would not be transferred or deformed.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 7-10 minutes.
  • For the cream, beat room temperature butter with cream cheese, vanilla and icing sugar. I used KARAT Violette cream cheese, you can take, for example, Hochland or Almette. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  • Fill the halves with cream. To keep everything neat, it is most convenient to do this with a bag with a round nozzle. We squeezed a good "pimp" into the middle of the cookie and pressed another down so that the cream reached the edge.
  • Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • During this time it will "make friends" with the cream and become a little softer.
