Ingredients

Chicken fillet (I have breast) 400-500 g
White wine 2 tbsp. l.
Ginger juice 2 tsp
Ground black pepper pinch
Carrot 1 PC.
White cabbage 100 g
Sweet potato (I have potatoes) 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Leeks (I have green) 50 g
Marinade
Water 200 ml
Red pepper paste (gochujang) 1-3 st. l. (I have 0.5)
Molasses (I've got honey) 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 4 tbsp. l.
White wine 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Curry 1 tbsp. l.
Finely ground red pepper 2 tsp
Ground black pepper pinch
Into the finished dish
Sesame oil 1-2 tsp
Sesame seed 1-2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Another popular Korean chicken dish. It is prepared from fillets, pre-marinated with spices, which are then fried with vegetables. If you follow the recipe exactly, the taste is very spicy. I have reduced the amount of pepper paste.
  • TaccalbiCut the chicken breast into small pieces
  • TaccalbiMarinate in seasonings and leave for 30 minutes.
  • TaccalbiChop the garlic and mix all the ingredients for the marinade. I've got ginger juice from last time
  • TaccalbiWash, peel and cut vegetables into thin slices
  • TaccalbiPut chicken marinated in seasonings in the prepared marinade and leave for 1 hour
  • TaccalbiAfter an hour, pour a little vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and add the pieces of pickled chicken. Fry over high heat, stirring occasionally
  • TaccalbiWhen the chicken is half done, finish off the chopped vegetables
  • TaccalbiStir and fry until vegetables are tender over medium heat
  • TaccalbiAfter the vegetables are ready, add the sesame oil
  • TaccalbiAlso add 1-2 teaspoons of sesame seeds, stir and remove the pan from the stove
  • TaccalbiArrange pieces of fragrant chicken on plates and invite your family to the table
