Ingredients

Ham 500 BC
Marinade:
soy sauce 200 ml
tasty salt 1 tsp
mustard ready 1 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
honey 0.5 tsp
dry garlic 1 tsp
dried basil 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Instant boiled pork (in the microwave)
  • Wash the meat. Prepare the marinade, i.e. mix all the ingredients. I did it with a mixer.
  • Place the meat in a vacuum container (I have a "Status" 0.8 l), fill with marinade and evacuate the air.
  • Place the container in the refrigerator for 1 hour (more is possible).
  • Instant boiled pork (in the microwave)
  • Place the meat in a baking dish. I have one like this, thanks to Larisa-Larssevsk, who told about her, and Natasha-Natalia K., who helped buy it:

Note

You need to adapt to your microwave. Therefore, I recommend that when you first cook meat in this way, after 15 minutes, cut a piece in half and check the readiness. Add 5 minutes if necessary.
