  • I kneaded the dough on the "Pizza" program (45 min with heating).

  • She pulled out the mixer, laid out the beautifully dough back into the bucket.

Note

It looks like a luxury loaf! It smells like cumin!
The bread is small, I specially counted the recipe for this, I don't need much.
This bread is my favorite when I need a good rye bread with sourness, springy and well-baked.
I wrap the bread taken out of cotton, wrap it in a wet towel, so I keep it for two hours.

The bread is good! And what kind of additive is this "Nature"? I want to find something to replace?

It is possible without her.
Viki
DonnaRosa, is NATURA a mixture of flakes?
I found this information on the composition:
"organic barley flakes, organic oat flakes, organic spelled flakes, organic kamut flakes."
DonnaRosa
Viki, No, not flakes, it's such a powder. I suspect it acts like leaven. But I have my real sourdough from rye flour, and I add Nature, but not much.
