Blueberry and Streisel Yeast Pie

Ingredients

premium flour 300g
milk 200 ml
fresh yeast 15g
sugar 100-150g
salt 0.5 tsp
butter or margarine 60g
eggs are large 2 pcs.
Filling:
blueberries (blueberries, raspberries, cherries, etc.) 2 tbsp.
sugar 1 tbsp. l. (or to taste)
corn starch 1-2 tbsp. l.
Streisel:
butter 50g
sugar 50g
flour 100g
any crushed nuts 50g

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast, sugar, salt in warm milk, add slightly beaten eggs. Melt butter or margarine and cool. Sift the flour and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough, beat lightly with a whisk.
  • The dough should be as thick as pancakes.
  • Grease a mold (size 19x29x5) with butter or margarine. Pour the dough, flatten, cover with foil and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  • Prepare berries: rinse, dry, sprinkle with sugar and starch.
  • Put the filling in an even layer on the dough that has come up.
  • For Streisel, mix butter, flour, sugar into fine crumbs, combine with nuts.
  • Put the streusel on the berries, smooth.
  • Bake the pie in a hot oven at 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
