Ingredients

Meat 500g
Eggs 2 pcs
starch 1 tbsp. the spoon
mustard 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt 1 tsp
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
ground pepper 1 tsp
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Grind the starch with mustard, add eggs, salt, pepper, vegetable oil. Mix everything well. cut the meat into portions. I had a pork neck, chopped it up like chops. I hooked each piece to a fork and dipped it in the filling and sent it to the container. Then she poured the leftovers onto the meat. The container was closed with a lid and sent to the refrigerator, used after 12 hours, can be stored for several days. You can add your favorite spices, garlic to the egg filling. Recently I have no favorite spices, I like the taste of natural meat more.
  • Vegetable oil well heat in a pan, fry the meat until golden brown. Remember to turn over. The frying process took no more than four to five minutes.
  • Juicy, tasty meat is obtained.
