Sour cream sauce with chanterelles and chicken fillet

Ingredients

bulb onions 50 gr.
chanterelles fresh 70-100 gr.
vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
chicken fillet 70-100 gr
sour cream 5 tbsp. l.
salt taste
greens to taste and desire

Cooking method

  • A very simple and delicious sauce. It goes well with pasta, rice or buckwheat porridge or boiled potatoes.
  • Peel and finely chop the onion, fry until transparent in vegetable oil, add the peeled and chopped chanterelles here, after 5-7 minutes add the diced chicken fillet, mix for a couple of minutes, as soon as the fillet turns white, add sour cream and salt. If you don't like thick sauce, you can add some water. We boil everything together for a couple more minutes so that the ingredients become friends, add greens if desired and serve. Bon Appetit!
