Nut mazurka with corn flour

Ingredients

Corn flour 0.5 stack
Wheat flour 0.5 stack
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 0.75 stack
Prunes, dried apricots, raisins 60 g each
Walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds 60 g each
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with salt and sugar, gradually add the flours mixed with each other and with baking powder. Add not finely chopped dried fruits and coarsely chopped nuts, mix well, put in a baking dish (mine has a diameter of 20 cm) and bake at 170 degrees for forty minutes or until "dry stick".
