Ingredients

Sour cream 250 g
Butter 110 g
Soda 0.5 tsp
Flour 2 glasses
Lemon (you can also orange) 1.5 pcs
Sugar (filling) 1 glass
Yolk (for lubrication) 1 PC
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Cooking method

  • Mix sour cream with baking soda.
  • Add melted butter to sour cream, mix until smooth.
  • Add flour gradually, not in large portions. After pouring in 1.5 cups, see if the dough sticks to your hands, add the rest. All the pain is gone.

  • Spread all the filling and spread it evenly all over the base.
