Ingredients

Young cabbage 1 head of cabbage
Egg, bread crumbs, salt, spices

Cooking method

  • To get such schnitzels, the cabbage must be cut correctly - we cut off only the protruding part of the stump and cut the head of cabbage lengthwise into slices.

  • Then blanch in boiling water for five minutes. Cool, dip in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs and deep-fry.
