Ingredients

Honey 125 g
Sugar 250 g
Vegetable oil 225 g
Water 185 g
Eggs 185 g
Flour 335 g
Soda 12 g
Ground cloves 4 g
Ground cinnamon 4 g
Sauce
Milk 200gr
Vanilla stick 1/4
Yolks 50g (2-3)
Sugar 30gr
Corn starch 18 g
Oil 18 g
Anise vodka taste

Cooking method

  • We heat the oven to 150 gr.
  • Beat honey, jam and sugar in a mixer

  • Bring milk to a boil and sugar

  • Slowly pour milk
  • Boil everything together again, stirring constantly
  • Place the mixture in a mixer and beat, add oil, cool and add vodka
  • Place the cream in the refrigerator.

  • I didn't make the cream, I didn't find the jam, I replaced it with honey, I took 3 eggs, though it turned out to be 200 grams,
  • instead of soda I put baking powder, sugar took brown
  • The dough turned out to be very liquid (probably because of the eggs, but who thinks about it at 11 at night)
