Cooking method

  • Praline When the sugar begins to acquire a golden color, we begin to stir so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Bring to the desired color with constant stirring.
  • Praline Fill in the nuts and mix.
  • Praline Grease a silicone mat or baking paper with vegetable oil. Pour on top, pour out the nut-caramel mixture and level in one layer.
  • We are waiting for the mass to cool down.
  • Remove from the mat and break it apart. You can already eat this anyway. It turns out walnut kozinaki.
  • Praline We transfer to the grinder and crush. This must be done for 3-4 seconds so that the mass does not heat up and control the grinding.
  • Now transfer the praline powder to a jar and close it tightly.
