Korean carrot salad with beans

Ingredients

Carrot 400-500 gr.
Korean seasoning for carrots taste
Onions (medium) 2-3 pcs.
Garlic 2-3 small cloves
Boiled eggs 3 pcs.
Cervelat (any) 250-300 gr.
Red beans in their own juice 1 can
Rye croutons with bacon flavor taste
Salt taste
Mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • Grate the carrots on a coarse grater (or a Korean style carrot grater), salt, add seasoning, squeeze out the garlic, mix. Fry onions in a frying pan in a little vegetable oil, add to carrots. Cut the eggs and cervelat into cubes, drain the liquid from the beans. Add everything to the salad, mix well. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours (you can overnight). Before serving, add mayonnaise and croutons for 10-15 minutes, mix

This is my little sister's favorite salad. We cook it for almost all home holidays. We treated friends and colleagues, everyone liked the recipe. The salad turns out to be very tasty. It is not necessary to observe the proportions, I always do it "by eye". The main thing is not to overdo it with seasoning.
