Ingredients

Flour / s 450 gr.
Milk whey 300 ml.
Sugar 15 gr.
Salt 5 gr.
Vegetable oil 20 gr.
Oatmeal flakes (long-boiled) 30 gr.
Oat bran 10 gr.
Flaxseed flour or flaxseed cake 10 gr.
Sunflower seeds 2 tbsp. l.
Flax seed 1 tbsp. l.
Pressed yeast 20 gr.

Cooking method

  • Bring 100 ml to a boil. whey, pour in oatmeal with bran. Leave it until it swells and cools down to about 40 degrees. We put the ingredients in the bucket of the bread machine in accordance with the instructions, I have liquid ingredients first, and then dry ones. Add sunflower and flax seeds about 5 minutes before the end of the batch. After the signal from the bread maker, lay out the dough in the forms. The amount of yeast we produce for this amount of flour is normal, you can adjust the size depending on the quality of yours. The bread turns out to be wonderful, airy inside with an appetizing crust (well, I like fried bread).
