  • I love dishes that are very easy to prepare. Prepares quickly - just an option for dinner.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into 4-5 pieces. Fry lightly for 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, that is, the meat only slightly seized on all sides. Add garlic, chopped into slices, spices (black and allspice, nutmeg), salt and pour cream. When the cream has boiled, add finely chopped dill.
  • You can put it in the oven until golden brown, you can put it out in a pan or slow cooker for about 20 minutes. It turns out very soft, not dry meat and a delicious sauce, suitable for any side dish. A very interesting combination of garlic, dill and cream turns out. Therefore, I advise you not to change these components. You can take tender curry instead of dill - the combination is also very tasty (after frying, sprinkle curry and keep it on the fire for a couple of minutes, stirring it, then pepper, garlic and cream).

  • This time, I immediately added young potatoes to the meat and stewed in cream until the potatoes were ready.

  • I took the idea from the package of "Torchin-product" spices.
