We put this structure on the most powerful gas and put a couple of bricks or something heavy enough on top of the lid. This is in case the lid is not very happy with the wet towels and decides to run away.

  • Now you can rest, but not relax! We sit in the kitchen and sniff carefully! After 10-15-20 minutes (well, I don't know how powerful your burner is), a pleasant smell of a fire will appear.   • Cold smoking is another story .... and at home, alas, it is poorly realizable, although my husband made a device for generating cold smoke for me 2 years ago, but somehow they never reached nature with it.
