Leafing through my grandmother's notes, I came across a recipe that was our favorite in our childhood. My grandmother was from Transcarpathia.
The fatter the cottage cheese, the better. Wipe through a sieve. We drive in eggs. Add flour and semolina, a pinch of salt. Let it stand for half an hour. In the meantime, we are preparing crackers sauce. Crush or grind vanilla croutons. Fry in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter and sugar.
From the mass we make small balls, the size of an egg. Boil in boiled, salted water. Until they come up. Throw in a colander and sprinkle or roll in breadcrumbs. You can serve sour cream, honey, liquid jam. BON APPETIT.

My advice. You can add a little vanilla sugar to the rusk sauce. It seems so delicious to me. Although vanillin was not used before.
