potato starch 20 g

  • I have never tasted such delicious jelly.
  • According to Ani, she cooks jelly on the advice of V. Pokhlebkin. It turns out a very aromatic and tasty jelly, without starch film. Berries and fruits are fresh. You can use berries and fruits from the freezer
  • Preparation:
  • Pour 100 ml out of the total amount of water and dilute the starch in it.
  • Boil the rest of the water in a saucepan, add sugar. When the sugar dissolves, we brew sweet water with diluted starch, a transparent jelly is obtained.
  • As soon as the water with starch boils, put fruits and berries in a saucepan, mix, let it boil (quite lightly) with fruits and berries, cover tightly with a lid and turn it off.
  • Do not open the lid for 2-3 hours (minimum) so that the jelly is well infused.
  • Then pour into cups and enjoy!
  • Kissel turns out to be not just tasty, but DELICIOUS-DELICIOUS!
  • Whoever has tried it once will cook it constantly.
  • I am very glad that you can use both fresh and frozen berries and fruits, that is, jelly can be prepared at any time of the year. Here is just one piece of advice - buy a bigger freezer, because you will have to freeze in large quantities! (I bought a chest freezer!)

  • I cook this assorted jelly, I take a lot of different berries and fruits: peaches, plums, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, currants, apricot can be used and everything that you love.
  • I ice peaches and plums in halves or quarters (if large). I do not like the peel, so I harvest varieties that peel well after freezing and defrosting. I take them out of the freezer for 15-20 minutes, and when they defrost a little (outside only), I remove the skin and cut into pieces (medium)
  • I freeze the strawberries whole, and then cut them into halves (if large) or whole (if small) into jelly.
  • In raspberries, I do not like bones, and in currants, the skin, so I grind raspberries and currants separately with a blender and rub through a fine sieve, then freeze them in silicone molds.
  • Cherries can be used with or without pits. If the cherries are frozen, it is better to let them thaw a little so that the juice will start up and add along with the juice.
  • Sugar to taste. Try the recipe for the first time, then do it for yourself.
  • The same goes for starch.
  • And most importantly: cook at least 2 servings at once. Now I don't cook less than 4 servings.
