Ingredients

any meat (I have pork) 550 grams
turnip onion 1 piece
garlic option taste
ground black pepper taste
nutmeg taste
greens option
salt taste
egg C1 10 pieces
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Make minced meat from meat, add onion, and garlic if desired.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add any of your favorite spices.
  • Slightly "beat off" the minced meat, as for cutlets.
  • We take eggs one at a time.
  • Brizol In a shallow plate, shake the egg out with a fork, add salt. Add greens if desired.
  • Divide the meat into 10 parts.
  • Brizol Put the meat between the films. Mash into a thin cake.
  • Brizol Remove the top film, take the cake on the film and turn it into an egg.
  • Brizol Heat a frying pan with oil. Drop the egg and tortilla into the pan so that the egg is at the bottom. Fry. Turn over. Fry the meat side.
  • Brizol Turn over again so that the egg is on the bottom and fold in half.
  • While the first brizol is being prepared, we are preparing the next one.

A very quick and easy way to cook. There is no need to bake pancakes separately. I really love brizol. This is a good lunch if you prepare a salad or a side dish with it.
