Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 250 g
Sugar 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sour cream 200 g
Condensed milk ½ cans
Backpulver / soda 1 sachet
Cakes impregnation syrup:
Sugar 200 g
Water 200 ml
Rum / cognac 2 tsp
Cream:
Sl. butter / margarine 150 g
Condensed milk ½ cans

Cooking method

  • Stirring sugar and water to boil, when it cools down a little, add 2 tsp. rum
  • Mix all the ingredients for the dough, divide into 4 cakes and bake separately at T-200 ° -15 minutes. each.
  • As soon as the cakes are ready, coat them with syrup.
  • (I thought it was a bit too much syrup, but it left me all)
  • Then make a cream and grease each cake by placing the cake on top of each other.
  • (I really didn't have enough cream to coat the sides of the cake)
  • The cake is ready, you just need to sprinkle it on top with what you like and leave it to soak until morning.
  • I did it in the evening.

no cakes, no need to roll out, the dough is thin.
I weighed it on a scale and divided it into 4, and poured about 1 part into a mold, and baked the cake and so on 4 times.
