At first I tried to dip it into the icing, holding the ball in my fingers, then I poked the ball in some places with the sprinkling, then I inserted the stick into the foam. But the sprinkling was not neatly laid down, and the glaze was uneven, and I myself was all covered in glaze) and again, the glaze had cooled down and was already lumps by the second half of the batch.
PS for the test I took Masha's recipe for madelens (I didn't learn how to insert a link to the recipe, sorry), but I took 50/50 white and rye flour, I really liked the taste!

we did about 12 minutes on one side and 7 minutes on the other. like so. in general, I looked into it and waited blush. though not necessary.
