Wild garlic pancakes

Ingredients

Fresh wild garlic leaves 300 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Corn flour 1 tbsp. l.
Soda pinch
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Rinse the wild garlic leaves, dry well
  • Wild garlic pancakes
  • and finely chop
  • Wild garlic pancakes
  • Beat eggs slightly, add flour, soda and spices, mix well and combine with chopped wild garlic. Fry in a preheated skillet until light golden brown.
