Soup-puree of baked vegetables with Brie cheese (Vitek VT-2620 soup blender)

Ingredients

Zucchini 1 pc. medium size 300 grams
Carrots 1 pc. 120 grams
Onion 1 head 150 grams
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Bulgarian pepper Half
Potatoes 1 pc. 100g
Stalked celery Petiole floor
Salt, ground black pepper Taste
Water or broth ~ 500 ml
Ground turmeric 0.5 tsp
Soft Brie cheese 100g

Cooking method

  • Peel the zucchini and cut into 1 cm thick half rings.
  • Peel the carrots and cut into rings 0.5 cm thick.
  • Cut the bell pepper into 2 cm thick strips.
  • Peel the onion and cut into 4-6 pieces.
  • Place vegetables and garlic (do not peel) in a fireproof dish and grill for 10 minutes.
  • I baked in a Philips Air Fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, shaking it twice.
  • Soup-puree of baked vegetables with Brie cheese (Vitek VT-2620 soup blender)
  • While the vegetables are baking, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
  • Cut the celery into small pieces.
  • Place the baked vegetables, potatoes and celery into the bowl of a soup cooker.
  • Pour water or broth so that the liquid covers the vegetables half a centimeter.
  • Switch on Soup mode.
  • After the signal, add salt and pepper to the soup to taste, season with turmeric and beat on Blender for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the puree soup into bowls. Crumble 25 grams of soft Brie cheese into each serving.

Therefore, I poured vegetables, boiled them in chicken broth, benlernula, added fresh garlic and grated cheese (which was available) when serving. Received a hearty soup with a bright summer taste.
