Ingredients

dry sea kale 5 sheets
boiled rice 750g
pork meat 100g
soy sauce 1/2 tbsp. l
Sesame oil 1 st. l
salt 1h l
chicken egg 2 pcs.
carrot 1 PC
vegetable oil 2st. l
fresh cucumber 1 PC
spinach 200g
pickled radish daikon 150

Cooking method

  • Prepare vegetables and spices.
  • For five servings of gimbap, you need 750g of boiled rice.
  • Make an omelet with 2 eggs, divide into five parts.
  • Saute the meat, adding soy sauce at the end. If there is no meat, replace it with sausages.
  • Cut the carrots into strips and fry too.
  • Boil the spinach and salt. If there is no spinach, replace with crab sticks.
  • Slice a fresh cucumber and remove the pulp.
  • Prepare daikon pickled radish or substitute pickled cucumber.
  • Put 150g of boiled rice mixed with salt and sesame oil on a seaweed leaf, spread evenly leaving two to three cm of dry cabbage for gluing, put a grain of boiled rice in this place.
  • Add all cooked ingredients and roll. Coat each roll with sesame oil.
  • Slice and serve.
