Pancakes with rice milk stuffed with rice (lean)

Ingredients

Dough
wheat flour / grade 300 grams
rice milk as needed in the region of 1 liter
sugar 1 tsp
salt 1.5 tsp
starter any starter 100% moisture optional 2 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil b / s 4-5 st. spoons
Filling
dry rice 100-150 grams
turnip onion 1 piece
big carrots 1 piece
vegetable oil 4-5 st. spoons
spices for pilaf taste
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Mix all ingredients except milk.
  • Using a mixer, knead the pancake dough, gradually adding milk.
  • Let the dough stand for 20 minutes.
  • Bake on the hot side on both sides.
  • Filling
  • Rinse the rice well.
  • Boil in plenty of water.
  • Discard in a colander.
  • Chop the onion, grate the carrots.
  • Heat oil.
  • Fry onions and carrots until transparent.
  • Cover and cook until tender.
  • Transfer rice to vegetables.
  • Mix, add spices and salt to taste.
  • Wrap the filling in pancakes.
  • Fry on both sides until golden crispy.
  • Serve with vegetables or salad.

This was the first time I cooked such pancakes. Usually I add starch to the dough for elasticity, but with such milk starch is not needed. I put sourdough in the dough for flavor and disposal. You can easily skip this point. I had to grease the pan every time otherwise the pancakes pestered. Perhaps everything will be different for you. Maybe it's time to buy new pancake pans?
I have been doing this stuffing in Lent for many, many years. We really like her. Delicious and satisfying. And if you add mushrooms, then ... generally a snack.
