  • So let's get started. I do Bork in the kitchen machine, but I used to do it all with an ordinary mixer, the quality does not suffer)))
  • Grind the butter with sugar until white, add the eggs and beat (but not very hard, just so that everything is well combined). Add baking powder to the flour and sift it all into a bowl to our whipped mixture. We knead the dough. We transfer the dough into a bowl, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
  • At this time, we are preparing the filling. We wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, passverdura, beat with a blender, in general we grind it as best we can, so that it is tender, soft, without grains. Beat the eggs a little in a separate bowl. so that they mix well with each other into one mass and add them to the cottage cheese, mix it all well with a mixer. Next, the starch was sieved and mixed again with a mixer. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar (I also do this with a mixer) and combine them with the curd mass. Mix gently.
  • Next, we return to our test. We take it out of the refrigerator. We take a mold with a diameter of 26-28 cm. I bake it in a silicone Tupper mold Princess. Perfect fit. You can bake in a detachable one, it will be even better, but I'm used to it))) We spread the dough into the mold and I directly with my fingers, starting to distribute it, as if kneading, over the entire mold (it is well distributed), closing the bottom and sides of the mold right to the top, forming like a basket, tart. Next, pour our curd filling into this basket, level it, sprinkle it generously with almond petals (they do not need to be fried in a pan in advance, they will brown enough in the oven) and put in the oven to bake. Temperature 180 gr., Time 50 minutes (look at your oven, I have the most common gas oven).
