Zucchini baked with egg and cheese

Ingredients

Zucchini 1 medium young
Bulgarian pepper
Onion
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Hard cheese 30 g
Salt, spices

Cooking method

  • 1. Wash the zucchini, cut it in half and remove the center with a spoon.
  • 2. Grease the form with vegetable oil, put the zucchini and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 3. Finely chop the onion, pepper and zucchini (middle) and fry in a pan, salt and add sour cream, warm up for a minute.
  • 4. Fill the zucchini with the filling and drive a small egg into the middle, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  • Delicious!
