Butter 80 g

Cooking method

  • In the bowl of the food processor, combine the dry ingredients for the dough. Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add to dry ingredients. Add egg and melted butter. Switch on the batch. I used a Bosch MUM 86A1. Knead for about 9 minutes. A kolobok formed and the bowl was clean.
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it proof. The dough will increase in volume by 2.5 times. Place the dough on a surface and cut into small balls. Roll out the balls to a thickness of about 1 cm, spread them out on a sheet covered with baking paper. Cover with a towel and proof.
  • At this time, mix the filling ingredients. When the cakes increase in volume, you need to press down the middle of each with the bottom of the glass. The edges should form beads. Put the filling in each recess, grease the cheesecakes with yolk and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees until golden brown.
