Chicken fillet 100 g
Cauliflower (frozen) 200 gr.
Oat flakes 5 + 3 tbsp. l.
Oat bran 3 tbsp. l.
Egg 2 pcs.
Unrefined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
Fresh herbs (parsley, dill) 20 + 20 gr.
Herb mix 1 tsp
Soda (slaked with lemon juice) 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Bulb onions 1/2 onion

Cooking method

  • Usually I have minced chicken ready and frozen in portions of cutlets. It is a very light mince and is easy to prepare. To prepare it, you need to cut the chicken fillet into cubes (or beat with a blender), add 1 egg, finely chopped onions, a little salt and oatmeal. For 100 gr. fillet will be enough 3 tbsp. l. flakes. Let it brew a little and the flakes swell, then form the patties and freeze.
  • To prepare Churros, I needed 2 such cutlets (120 gr.), Which I had previously stewed. To do this, take a frying pan, put frozen cutlets on it and, without adding oil, adding a little water, simmer under a closed lid for 20-30 minutes.
  • Then prepare other ingredients.

  • Defrost cauliflower, drain the water. Wash greens, dry lightly and chop finely.
  • Oatmeal 5 tbsp l. and grind oat bran with a coffee grinder.

  • Add cooked minced chicken to the cauliflower and puree with a blender. Add herbs, egg, sunflower oil, slaked soda with lemon juice, a mixture of herbs, salt and mix. Mix the milled oat flakes with the bran and add to the dough to the desired consistency.
  • Grease the churrosmaker with vegetable oil, heat it up, sprinkle with bran and put the dough into molds using a pastry bag.
