Ingredients

Oat flour 150 gr.
Wheat flour 50 gr.
Egg 1 PC.
Water 150 gr.
Soda (slaked with lemon juice) 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Fresh frozen blackberries 150 gr.
Honey 1 tsp
Freshly squeezed grape sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Agar agar 1 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Churros from oatmeal choux pastry with blackberry mousse (in Princess Churrosmaker 132401)
  • Add vegetable oil, salt to the water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the oat flour combined with wheat flour. Add soda, slaked with lemon juice and an egg, beat with a mixer.
  • Grease the churromeyker with vegetable oil, heat it up, sprinkle with some bran and put the dough into molds from a pastry bag.

  • Bake for 2-3 minutes, at the very beginning of baking, turn the Churrosmaker for a few seconds to better distribute the dough.

  • Defrost the blackberries and puree with a blender, transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add agar-agar, diluted in 1 tbsp. l. cold water, stir and remove from the stove.
  • When the mousse has cooled slightly, add vanilla sugar, grape sugar, honey and beat with a mixer.

Note
