Ingredients

Eggplant 2 pcs
Zucchini 2 pcs
Bulgarian pepper 3 pcs
Tomato 1 PC
Champignon mushrooms 5 pieces
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Unrefined sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2 cloves
Spice mix 1 tsp
Salt (slightly to taste)
Fresh Herb Blend

Cooking method

  • Eggplant, zucchini, pepper, tomato wash, dry, but do not peel and do not separate the stalks. Peel the onion. Peel champignons dry. Put everything on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

  • Bake at 180 degrees in the oven for about 20 minutes. Check readiness periodically (finished vegetables will be easily pierced with a toothpick).

  • Remove vegetables from the oven to cool slightly, peel, seeds and stalks, cut into medium slices. In this form, they can be stored in a container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. This salad is delicious right after cooking and cold.
  • When serving, add a mixture of fresh herbs to each serving, pour oil mixed with chopped garlic and a mixture of spices. Add salt and pepper mixture to taste.
