Ingredients

Peeled potatoes 1 kg
egg 1 PC
bulb onions 300 g
garlic 30 gr.
salt taste
ground black and red pepper taste
wheat flour, higher. grade 3 tbsp. l.
pork 400 g
vegetable oil for frying
sour cream 9 Art. l.
greens taste

Cooking method

  • Three potatoes on a fine grater together with 100 gr. onions and garlic, add the egg, flour, 1 tbsp. l. sour cream, salt to taste. Fry the potato pancakes in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Cut the remaining two onions in half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • We clean the meat from the films and cut it into small pieces (approximately, like for goulash). Fry over medium heat until tender, salt to taste.
  • Put in pots in layers: 6-7 pancakes, meat on top, then onions, two tablespoons of sour cream, sprinkle with pepper and herbs (I have it without it). We send it to the oven preheated to 180-200C for 15-20 minutes. Serve in pots or put on plates, sprinkle with herbs.
