Charlotte with apples (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs.
Apples 3 pcs.
Sugar 250 gr.
Flour 200 gr.
Lemon acid on the tip of a knife
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 pinch
Starch 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1) Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • 2) Whisk the whites lightly in CC. Add diluted in 1/3 tsp. water citric acid and continue to beat until strong peaks. Add half of the sugar.
  • 3) Whisk the yolks with the remaining sugar until white.
  • 4) Mix the yolks with the whites very carefully. Add flour in small portions and stir.
  • 5) Peel the apples of seeds, cut into pieces, roll with starch.
  • 6) Grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Put half of the dough in it, then put the apples and the remaining dough on top. Carefully smooth the surface of the mixture. Turn on the "Bake" mode for 1 hour.
