The bread is amazing, everyone loved it. Sometimes someone will like it, but someone just eats, perceiving it as something ordinary. This one pleased everyone.

Changed the recipe a bit. Instead of butter, I put sunflower oil. For the kolobok I had to add about 4 tablespoons of flour, but judging by the fallen roof it is not enough, next time I will add more. I will put less yeast, because the crumb turned out to be loose.
