Butter 120 g
Granulated sugar 1 glass

Cooking method

  • The original recipe is just a full-bodied chocolate muffin for true chocolate lovers. But the banana-chocolate duet is just perfect, so the muffin gradually became banana-chocolate.
  • Preparation
  • Turn on the oven 180 degrees.
  • Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath. I usually mix several types of chocolate, such as dark and bitter or milk and bitter. I haven't tried it with white ...
  • In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, milk and granulated sugar, drive in 3 eggs one by one.
  • Add melted chocolate to the resulting mixture and mix.
  • Mix separately flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt.
  • Combine both mixtures and quickly knead the dough.
  • The dough is quite thick, but if it is too thick, add more milk.
  • Peel the banana, straighten it to a straight line and begin to spread the dough into the mold.
  • There is a lot of dough, it rises well during baking, and my rectangular cake pan is not very large, so I divide the dough into 2 parts: 3/5 for a large cake and 2/5 for small ones. From the 2nd part I bake cupcakes in a silicone mold, designed for 6 pcs.
  • For the main cake, place 2/3 of the dough intended for it in a mold, carefully place the straightened banana and cover the remaining 1/3 of the dough.
  • I always leave small muffins without filling, because at home not everyone likes bananas in baked goods.
  • We bake a large cake for about 40-45 minutes, the small ones will be ready in 25-30 minutes. To be sure, we check for a dry torch.
  • Decorate with powdered sugar if desired.

Note

White chocolate lovers can make a cupcake with it too. In this case, it is probably better to replace the banana with cranberries or other sour berries.
Butter is easily replaced with 100 g of refined vegetable oil.
Cupcakes can be glazed, but in my opinion, they are so self-sufficient that it is unnecessary.
The dough can be kneaded with a mixer, I prefer to do without it.
I almost forgot: it will be very difficult for you not to eat the dough raw, it is very appetizing and tasty!
