Ingredients

pork meat 200
onion 1
carrot 1
split peas 1st
potatoes 3-5
sunflower oil
salt, pepper, spices
water 1L

Cooking method

  • I decided to cook some soup. The meat I have is pork ham (it has a little fat on it). Pour oil into the bowl, turn on the "frying" mode, immediately add onions, carrots (I took large ones), overcook the vegetables. Then add the meat in pieces and heat them well. After frying, add water, peas, potatoes, spices. We set the "soup" mode for 15 minutes. The peas are boiled, the potatoes remain intact. I like it. Fast and tasty.
