"Kashaladny" cake

Kashaladny cake

Ingredients

Biscuit:
Eggs (C0) 5 pieces.
Sugar 125 g
Flour 125 g
Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
Cream:
Butter 200 g
Boiled condensed milk 200 g
Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
------------------------------------------- --------------
Detachable form Ø = 26 cm

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • Beat eggs at room temperature until 3 times larger. Pour sugar in a thin "stream", beat until white. Gradually add sifted flour and cocoa, stir gently with a spoon.

  • Gently put the dough into a mold (I have a split diameter 26)* Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes.

  • Cool the sponge cake completely. Cut into cakes (I got 2).
  • Cream:
  • Beat butter at room temperature until fluffy. Without stopping whipping, add a little boiled condensed milk. Add cocoa at the end (sift). Beat well until smooth.
  • Assembly:
  • Smear the cakes with cream, decorate as desired (my sides are sprinkled with ground almonds, and crooked figs are drawn on top with a cookie syringe
