Apple noodles

Ingredients

Boiled pasta (optional: noodles, feathers, whitewash, horns) 200 gr.
Butter, including for mold lubrication about 30 gr.
Apple sweet and sour or sweet (peeled) 200 gr.
White sugar 3 tsp
Egg C-1 medium 2 pcs.
Vanillin
Coarse sea salt 0.5 tsp
Thick sour cream 100 g
Milk 150 gr.
Brown sugar for sprinkling 4-5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • Season the freshly boiled pasta with butter.
  • Cut the apple into cubes. Stir in pasta.
  • Apple noodles
  • Place in a greased dish.
  • Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Add sour cream and milk. Beat well.
  • Fill our pasta with apple with the mixture.
  • Apple noodles
  • We bake for about 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  • Apple noodles
  • Then sprinkle with brown sugar and grill for another minute. Watch out for the grill or the apple slices on top may burn. But it will still be delicious!
  • Apple noodles
  • Serve with jam, sour cream or condensed milk, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

She cut it in half with scissors (so that they were smaller), poured boiling water from the kettle, covered it with a lid and left it to swell. As soon as the apples had cooled to a temperature comfortable for the hands, squeezed them out and mixed with pasta. There was no milk at home either, so I put a little more sour cream and spread it a little with apple infusion. Well, then according to the recipe.
The taste is, of course, different. But nevertheless - delicious. After baking, I covered it with cinnamon - wah! Next time pour cinnamon into the filling, let it warm up when baking.
Now the plans include noodles with dried pears (there is a bit of pears near Moscow, I want to try).
One note for dried apples. The noodles should be completely covered with the fill. If the steamed "drying" has come out of the filling, we will get a biscuit at the exit.

PS The remaining infusion from apples easily goes into tea, it turns out fragrant, with apple sourness
