Mushroom lasagna with Bechamel sauce

Ingredients

cheese 400gr.
mushrooms 600gr.
milk 2.5 cups
butter 30gr.
flour 2st. l.
lasagna sheets
salt
pepper
nutmeg

Cooking method

  • Grate cheese, fry mushrooms.

  • Bechamel sauce

  • Put 2 cups of milk on the fire, add salt and pepper to taste. We dilute 2 tablespoons of flour in 0.5 cups of cold milk. Pour milk and flour into hot milk. Cook the sauce until it thickens, stirring constantly. Finally, add butter and a pinch of nutmeg. The sauce is ready.
