Potato 600 gr.
Processed cheese 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 50 gr.
Salt, pepper to taste

But today, in fact, we are not talking about the varieties of mushrooms, but about the wonderful soup made from them, which my grandmother prepared. I will now share the recipe for this interesting and tasty soup with you. Of course, time makes its own adjustments to the recipe. Well, we will keep up with the times.
  • First, let's take a pot or cauldron for making our soup. Pour about 2 liters of water, put the washed whole chicken breasts in the water and cook until medium cooked, 10-15 minutes after boiling. While the breasts are boiling, prepare the frying. Finely chop the smoked meats and fry in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil until crisp, add the onion until golden brown, add the carrots cut into strips, mix everything and fry over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add the washed canned beans, continue to fry for another 10 minutes.
  • We take out the cooked chicken breasts and cool. Add chopped and boiled mushrooms to the chicken broth. Boil the mushrooms for a few minutes and add the chopped potatoes, let the potatoes boil until medium cooked. Separately cut the chicken into strips and add to the soup. Next, we add our frying. Let it boil. Cut the processed cheese, add to the soup. Boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. We give it to infuse, everything can be served at the table.
