Italian style navy pasta

Italian style naval pasta

Ingredients

pasta 250g
chopped meat 500g
onions and carrots 100g each
tomatoes and bell peppers 500g
eggs 4 things
milk (cream) 100ml
flour 3 tbsp. l.
olive oil 30ml
salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic
cheese 100g

Cooking method

  • I made this dish in the Princess Pizza Maker, but you can also make it in the oven or in a saucepan with a lid. Boil 250g of pasta, I have these three-color springs. I fried and baked everything directly in the Princesses. While the pasta is boiling, fry the finely chopped onion with 1 tbsp. l. flour in olive oil 3-4 minutes:

  • Add the grated carrots and simmer for another 3-4 minutes:

  • Add minced meat, season with salt, pepper, add oregano and basil and fry, stirring occasionally, for another 4-5 minutes.

  • Add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers. I used my last crop, which was the day before the frost, so I had half of the tomatoes green.

  • Simmer for another 3-4 minutes and add the boiled pasta, mix everything well.

  • If you bake in the oven, transfer everything to a greased baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Whisk eggs, milk and 2 tbsp. l. flour and pour pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  • Italian style navy pasta
  • Bake in Princess Pizza Maker for 12 minutes, turn off and leave in a closed oven for another 10 minutes. In a saucepan, bake over low heat, covered for 15-20 minutes. Bake in the oven for 210 * C for 20 minutes. Get, cut into portions:

  • It turns out something in between naval pasta and lasagna. It took me 37 minutes from the moment I started cooking to serving.

Time for preparing:

35-45 minutes
