Paprikash with chicken

Ingredients

Chicken / I have wings ~ 1kg
tomato 1 kg
bell pepper 3 pcs
garlic 1 head
cream 20% 200ml
ground sweet pepper 1h the spoon
ground black pepper 1h the spoon
Bitter red pepper 0.5h spoons
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt taste
Vegetable oil
Fresh herbs / I have parsley

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces. Grind half of the tomatoes in a blender until puree, cut the other half into small cubes. Cut the onion and peeled pepper into cubes. Finely chop the garlic with a knife.
  • In a large enough saucepan in vegetable oil, simmer the onion and garlic until soft. Add all spices - black, red and hot pepper. Put the chicken pieces, season with salt, stir and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes. Add tomato puree, tomato slices, chopped bell pepper, sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes, then add cream. Bring to a boil and keep on fire until the sauce thickens pleasantly, this is about 20-25 minutes. For 5-10 minutes sprinkle paprikash with herbs.
  • Paprikash is served with pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, and, perhaps, with any side dish))
