Ingredients

cottage cheese (any fat content) 100 g
butter (ghee) 4 tbsp. l.
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
pasta (any thick) 200 gr.

Cooking method

  • Recipe from the category of "simple and fast". Boil the pasta in plenty of water, while preparing the sauce.
  • Sauce: grind the curd with two tablespoons of boiling water, add melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Season the finished pasta with cottage cheese sauce and eat with pleasure.
  • Bon Appetit!

Pasta prepared in this way is not for everybody's taste, I personally love to eat them for breakfast
