And today I baked a pie, and I made the filling from candied fruits from zucchini - we twist them into jars in syrup - I just sprinkled it with cinnamon and made a grid on top with a special knife. I was not mistaken - this dough was perfect - I didn't have time to take a picture either - there were guests, and the cake just scattered. Hell in the Princess.
Very tasty, light and pleasant dough to work with, ideal for pies with a grid on top, which pleases - you can use the Princess, because I have not even turned on the gas oven for a couple of years, I use all electric ovens.
And yes, the dough is very similar to donuts - the top is fried, ruddy, and the inside is tender and layered - usually I bake Moscow's mothers according to the old recipe, they turn out harder, but very similar.

Instead of yeast - 200 grams of Pf, the rest is the same as in the recipe (minus Pf), I kneaded the dough, stood for two hours in a warm place, then overnight in the cold, in the morning I allowed it to warm up for two hours, molding, proofing for 30 minutes in a warm oven and baking from a cold ovens at T 160-170 *.
